A really pleasant B&B with a wonderful family running the show. Fantastic for cyclists (despite the steep hill up to the property!) with a fantastic view towards Waterford. Breakfast was also on-point!

Wonderful place to stay

We arrived fairly late, around 8:30, but Desmond was there to greet us and check us in. He couldn’t have been more pleasant. The property was beautiful, the bedroom was nice and the hot, made to order breakfast with locally sourced food items was fabulous. We only wished we could have spent an additional night.

Spectacular vista of Waterford. We were greeted by Remy, the Black Lab of the house. Room was very outdated, but clean. Nice gym, but sauna was broken. The shower had a really nice water flow. The breakfast was quite good. The owner and family were very nice.

Emerald Isle gem

My wife and I are on a trip round Ireland on a motorbike and when we arrived we was greeted by the lovely Des what an absolute character lovely and charming the gent that he is he showed us around explained everything and left us to it,we met his wife in the morning during breakfast and what an absolute ray of sunshine she was she was asking about our trip and seemed genuinely interested. and we can say the breakfast which consisted of homemade granola locally sourced honey fresh fruits,yoghurts and other cereals.but if you want a hearty Irish breakfast with the best top quality ingredients this is the place to go,we will be returning but if you are in the area give this place a shout you will not be disappointed the hosts are genuinely lovely people God bless them them both soon to return.

Quiet, nice view, beautiful property. Not far at all from a delicious restaurant. Rooms are spacious and the host was very nice and accommodating, answering all my questions. First time staying there and I would stay again. Comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast in the morning.
