Slow check in

Check in was very slow and receptionist (one in particular) seemed like she hated her job. Other than that it was fine. Loved the free 24/7 shuttle bus to the Airport. Food quite expensive at the hotel restaurant and bar, but there is a gas station with a burger place and Papa John’s across the street.

A very nice 4 star property. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. All decorations and finishes are good and clean. The only negative, and a big one to start your experience with, is a. Rowed check in area at reception. I checked in about 4pm and had to queue for several minutes, going down to dinner about 6:35 there were over 20 people or groups queued to check in and even an hour later there were still queues at Reception. Online check in is offered, but my link had expired before I had the opportunity to complete it, so with out at least some people using this it would have been horrendous. These queues also form an obstrution to accessing the public areas. Foyer area needs remodelling and more check-in staff in late afternoon into early evening. Still a nice hotel once you've got past this.

rooms very spacious -- lots of floor space to allow for sorting-out case contents---weighing scales in lobby to check luggage before going to aiport. Varied selection of bar-food including gluten-free options. 24 hr free shuttle service. Coffee shop open 24hr. Supermacs/ Circle K 2min walk away. Really this place has EVERYTHING you want when travelling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
