Nice short stay, convenient bus to and from the hotel which was free. Staff pleasant enough. Room was warm and quiet enough. Didn't eat or drink so can't much about their of feeing on that front. Wasn't offered any upgrade or perks as a gold member.

Great location for early flight

Lovely hotel although very busy at checkin and in the bar. The bar food was average for the price so wasn’t impressed. Room was fantastic and spacious- I would go back but might try the restaurant next time instead of the noisy bar.

All was fine until approximately 6 am, when a maintenance crew started working next to our room or so it seemed, the noise was simply crazy, we couldn’t get any sleep, we had to get out of bed right away, there was no shampoo in the container . Needless to say we were not very happy, I think that we deserve a refund or partial refund at least. Thank you for your help. Respectfully: William Sweeney,

Excellent hotel with first class staff. Good security setup. My one and only complaint would be the cooked breakfast. Bacon was tasteless and like chewing cardboard, perhaps due to length of time under heat. No poached / fried eggs. This is my only negative comment. In all other areas this hotel is excellent.

Reception was very poor on that they never answer the phone. Room service didn't offer non alcoholic drinks after hours. My girlfriend got trapped in the lift on the 6th floor and the person on speaker was unhelpful saying an engineer will be with her after asking all details about the hotels address which she was not aware of whilst trapped and scared. I explained to reception and they told me they received no information about this from the lift company on the emergency phone so she would have still been trapped. The standby light on the TV is blue and would lite up a Forrest it's beeming at us during the night after already facing an emotional trauma not able to sleep.
