check in online wasn't the greatest - had to speak to a host to get the keys Walking to the room had to haul the bags down the stairs as the bag lift was not working. Even though we were told we had an upgrade - we had a very long walk to the hotel room from the main lift.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The atmosphere is inviting and fresh! beautiful velour chairs, retro shelves all lends to a relaxing lounge. The staff is very friendly and accommodating :) Our room was immaculate, really!!! Gluten-free breakfast items were so appreciated. Would recommend to family and friends!!

The staff was very helpful and kind especially those at the Playwright coffee kiosk and bar. The salad was lovely and hit the spot as I wasn’t hungry enough for a full dinner. The hotel felt very safe and comfortable.
