Lots of things automated but could use better signage/instructions like using key card on elevator, green button to go from elevator on ground floor to lobby, etc. Also needs better air flow, room too hot, and a lot of men with strong cologne stank up elevator even after getting out

What you want from an airport hotel

We were only there for a little time, checking in before dinner, getting an early sleep, then out the next morning. But I suspect that's what most people would want from this? Staff were nice. Room was clean and comfortable and we didn't hear others in their rooms. Had dinner at the Italian Kitchen and the food was surprisingly good. And the shuttle bus is very well managed. Full size coach, with an obvious stopping point, nice driver who helped with bags, goes every 20 mins or so.

Hardly intimate- it’s a huge hotel, but it’s great. Shuttle is a bit of a walk at Dublin Airport - worth it though.

Very nice rooms, regularly scheduled shuttle to/from airport, easy check in and out with QR code emailed after online check-in. Very convenient to the airport, about 20 minutes to downtown by cab.

Property is close to airport with free shuttle. Great for a 1 night stay, but nothing around the hotel. Onsite bar pushed to order food quickly rather than letting us enjoy our overpriced drinks. Turned them away about 5 times. Hair dryer had no heat and air conditioning was poor. Overall would stay here again while waiting for a flight.

Easy free shuttle to and from the airport it was busy at check in but a staff member quickly approached and helped us with the self check in. Room was well appointed and the food and drinks in the bar nice and filling. Normal priced for here. The only small thing was no AC. I know it’s not a thing in Europe but all the other hotels I stayed in had it as an option and with it being so warm while we were there I would have loved it. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. I’d come back again
