Room booked and paid for was a deluxe room but ended up in an accessible room - this makes me uncomfortable as I hate to think I’m taking one from someone needing it. I hoped as deluxe we would have the coffee maker we had once during stay and also a bath but neither were provided this time. Room had a draught coming from somewhere and we could hear the bad wind outside within the room / bathroom whistling all night. Shut bathroom door to try and help this. Everything was low down due to accessible room and light switch to bathroom was on other wall from bathroom within room. Nice amenities - kettle/tea coffee selection and biscuits as well as free water a nice touch. Bed was comfy and enough pillows for choice. Shuttl to airport very good as always on way from and to airport. Just wish we knew a bit more of a timeframe to avoid waits outside in bad weather.
