Convenient location near Union Station and the Capitol and Smithsonian. Nice Irish Pub/restaurant on the first floor. Good coffee machine on the second floor. Decent moderate size room (single queen bed). A little noisy and light on the third floor giving it a 4 rather than 5.

The room was absolutely fine: very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained though the hooks and hanging places for towels was adequate though a bit limited. The staff was great: very courteous and helpful. We will be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

I had the tiniest room ever looking out at the utility area and into other rooms. I had to leave my suitcase on the bed because there was nowhere else to open it. The shower/tub had no safety holds, the walls were slick marble and the rubber mat was slippery .i won’t stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff is lovely. The towels were way too stiff, like cardboard and there was no room service. I didn't notice that info before I booked. But all in all, it was a nice experience.

Service was excellent. They were accommodating and was able to check me in early. The room was huge and clean. It has 24/7 coffee/chocolate drinks but I wish they have snacks available as well. The best thing is it's so close to Union Station (5min walk). Will definitely book with them again.
