The staff was great! Jamiya was helpful and professional. The room was clean. It's a convenient location. Not the fault of the hotel at all but the neighborhood was surprisingly noisy with construction.

Clean room at a great location near the White House and also steps to trains. Free bottled water on all floors and coffee in the club room on floor 2 are a nice perk especially considering the reasonable cost.

This was my second time at Club Quarters and it was terrible. Getting my requests taken care of was challenging. Online, I had changed my room to twin beds. Then, upon receiving a text for check in, I had a chat with someone and requested to change the room back to either a queen or king. The person I was chatting with said they would add the request to my account, but it wasn’t there. I had to go back to the check in - who, by the way, were the least friendly staff I have ever encountered - and they offered a room that “fit the needs” but worth the money? Absolutely not. It was an accessible room, extremely small all around, etc. I had also requested a late checkout (on the chat) which I was told would be an extra fee. Okay, fine. Upon discussing it with the workers (in person) was basically denied until I mentioned I had already discussed this on the chat AND that upon checking in I was told my room may or may not be ready at check in time. And that was from a worker who couldn’t be bothered to be friendly, not even for a second. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was very disappointed.
