Exceptional hotel. Beautifully decorated, friendly professional staff and restaurant quality breakfast. Embassy is usually really good but this facility must be a flagship location as it’s better than most Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at. A great value.

The property was great! The hotel staff were great, and the room was excellent. Everything was clean and comfortable. The food in Via Sophia was great, and the atmosphere in there was so nice (other than the supervisor, he was pretty off-putting). I would definitely stay here again.
