Fecal matter smeared on bathroom walls and doors. Front desk demaded on several occasions to know when I would check in, although the room was paid for, the associate lives on the property, and I was in the hospital. Requested room be vacuumed of the de-icing substance they finally sprinkled after 14 hours after it snowed. Vacuum did not come for over a week. Requested new fitted sheet without wholes and burn marks and did not receive. Upon walking into the lobby, I was given sheets for a smaller bed. Mini fridge did not work. Television had a green stripe through the middle. Fecal matter surround the base and back of the toilet. Upon bringing this up to management I was just smiled at and absolutely NOTHING was remedied or addressed. To have fecal matter smeared on doors and walls is

We were wondering initially why the parking lot was so empty, and we found out quickly. Our original room was incorrect (two doubles instead of one queen) and ice cold. We switched to a new room on the third floor, and though the room was cold when we first arrived we assumed it was because it had been empty. We cranked the heat up to 80, heading out to dinner with the assumption that by the time we returned the room would have warmed up. We were sadly mistaken. We had *zero* heat in our room - my wife’s body OIL was a solid. In addition it was dirty, ill-kept, the balcony door let in airflow so strong the curtain was moving, and the shower head was so loose that turning it on resulted in a wild spray across the room soaking everything. This was supposed to be a birthday / anniversary trip to the beach for my wife, and it was a sad disappointment.

It is a budget option so expectations is accordingly. The room has a balcony with a beach view so it is nice. Cleaning is average. You can see housekeeping missed a few spots. Coffee maker didn’t work. Front desk said just use hot water. For what I paid for and the location, it is a good choice.

First room as soon as I arrived I used the bathroom and the toilet was leaking at the bowl and flooded the bathroom. Second room the door to get in you had to force open. Then the shower head constantly dripped and had been the paint in the tub at the drain was peeling. Had a hole in the wall about the size of a baseball and overall was not the cleanest. I was not about to ask to be moved to a third room since I was only going to be there for 3 days.

The property needs serious renovation. The room was not clean and had spider webs and crushed bugs on the wall. The air conditioner was not functioning and there was blood and hair on the sheets. The price was good and location was great but definitely not worth it. Will not book again.

This was a last minute decision to stay here and for the low price it was a pretty good experience. I loved the ocean front balcony. The bed sheets could be new and improved. I appreciate the notice that the hotel didn't have stairs and they accommodated my request to be on a different floor. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here.

So the A/C wasnt working in my room,instead of switching me to another room were i could sleep comfortable,i was given a old fan out of the closet.There was no way i could relax and have a good night sleep so i went to another hotel.hopefully after reading this things will change at this hotel.

It was great to be able to walk out my door and be on the beach. My dog loved it and she didnt want to settle down and sleep She wanted out to explore and she did a lot of that.The staff was very friendly and I recommend this motel for your next visit.I plan to come back again before Christmas

When I made the reservation, I checked the block yes for pets. I was absolutely shocked when I arrived and their petty was $60 per night crazy. But even more disappointing with the roaches in the room. We saw and killed, perhaps a dozen total. I will say when I ask for the refund to check out and cancel the second night that happened without any pushback from the manager. I would never stay at this motel again.
