Our stay was great. We came into town as a band to perform at Vegreville Country Fair and somehow 2 of the rooms we booked for Sunday-Monday (on our part) instead of Saturday but Angelica at the front desk really helped us out when she politely told us that our booking was a day after we stayed there but she quickly moved us into the second building and the band all had a very long day of travel and performing that day so at 1:30am we really appreciated her help in that department. I wish I would have had time for a swim and breakfast in the morning but we had to run away early. Thanks again. Steve Jevne

Liked the pool and breakfast. Did not like that rooms had no alarm clock and after asking for one the first night at the front desk, did not recieve one ? I stayed three nights. Vending and ice machines not working . I have stayed here before over the years and have see a definate decline in overall maintenance. Called front desk twice and noone answered ? That happened in the early evening and early morning ?

I was underwhelmed with this hotel. You couldn’t get the water hot, the shower was cold. The front desk was not helpful at all and the rooms are very plain with no pictures on the wall to make it feel homey.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work over all this is absolutely the best I have stayed at in a long time. It was nice that the air conditioning was on throughout the hotel and not only in the rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and seemed to be clean, but other than clean towels and empty garbage cans that’s all the maid did. The breakfast was convenient and palatable. But like all hotels lately no cleaning staff to be found. Stains on the elevator doors and hard surfaces for the four days I was there. So no one is cleaning. Wednesday rug still in elevators on Saturday. Garbage bags stacked up around the ice machines. Dirty mattress's and box springs. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to hire more staff to clean. It would make people that are used to a certain standard feel like they could use the facilities and not get sick.
