Book Ventanas hotels

Husband and I had a pleasant stay at chachagua. We arrived late at night and was greeted at the front desk with hand towels and fruit juice. Checking in was smooth and we were escorted to our bungalow (make sure to have a high car as you will drive through a low river). Bungalow was private and very clean. The room was cleaned daily and there was eco friendly hair products and toiletries. Room has a mini fridge, coffee maker and fresh water daily. Continental breakfast was amazing - at a restaurant on premises. Great selection! The springs were great- wasn’t a lot of people and we were able to enjoy it solo. The resort was beautiful and tranquil. You can hear the animals throughout the day esp the monkeys in the morning. We didnt get to see the monkey but we did see a sloth up in the tree- thanks to Ruben (who btw gave a great coffee/ chocolate tour). Big thank you to all the staff members- from the gentleman who greets you when entering, front desk staff, house keeping, and restaurant waiters/waitresses. All very pleasant and super helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Pura Vida. :)

Clean rooms and very helpful staff with tours

Excellent in every way.

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It is about a 3-4 min drive to the restaurants in town. Daily breakfast was very good, the spa was marvelous! We went twice for massages, the pool and separate jacuzzi’s were great.

El recepcionista William fue magnífico. Muy atento en todo. Cuando una de las excursiones que quiera hacer fue cancelada por la compañía turística él se encargó de buscarme esa excursión con otra compañía. Personas como él hacen más fácil y agradable los viajes.

We lived the views and how friendly and attentive staff is here. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again
