This particular Best Western is a little old but the staff were pleasant and friendly. My one complaint is that we paid over $200 for the night and there was no bottled water in the room. Had to go to a vending machine and buy a “half bottle” for $2. Very disappointed and would not return for that reason. It’s the little things that count.

Was expecting more from a Best Western property the building is old. Room 203 bathroom tub has black marks in several areas, air conditioner was not cooling the room. The front counter lady was pleasant.

It was very loud, lots of people speaking loudly outside my door at all hours. The gront desk person did not speak very good english and it was very difficult to understand them. There was also some kind of weird liquid all over the wall in the bedroom and the bathroom did not have sealed soaps, they juat had a big bottle of shampoo that could have anything in it from the last guest.

The hotel was disappointing; everything felt old and outdated. We booked a room with a hot tub, but we couldn’t use it because it was broken. It had a small hole with glue poorly trying to cover it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless major renovations are made.
