Maintenance not up kept

Sucks when you pay $300 for night to find the wooden blinds broken and not working to cover the window by the jet tub properly. Toilet seat was chipping and looked really old. The rest of the room seemed to be somewhat renovated. I’ve stayed at a Hyatt for the same price with WAY nicer room!

Excellent East Indian restaurant 15 m from the front door gave a 15% discount! It’s surprisingly nice hotel with a beautiful swimming pool. I would definitely go there again.

Tape sprayed water all over back of counter and mirror. Toilet leaked. Such a wide gap at the door opening that I had to shove a blanket into to keep out so much light from the hall to sleep. Breakfast says open until 11, my son went down at 10:00 and they packed everything away.

Staff was very pleasant, especially the housekeepers. Although one desk person tried to claim that the broken hot tub was “just a hot tub, not a jacuzzi”. (The jets didn’t work - It was broken). Beds were the best hotel beds I’ve ever had.
