This is a perfectly serviceable airport hotel, one of two major ones very near the Bilbao airport. Fairly basic compared to a "fancy" hotel in the city, and (like 99% of European hotels) lacking washcloths. But, comfy beds, quiet rooms, an excellent breakfast spread, a decent bar, and really a short ride to the city. What's not to love? The airport shuttle starts at 5 a.m. and has limited capacity. But, the staff is well aware of the early morning flight schedule to get everyone there in plenty of time. It's like an 8-minute roundtrip from hotel to terminal. 😎
