Val-des-Monts Ski Resorts

The room was so spacious and clean, beds and pillows comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so great couldn't believe how good it was.

Beautiful stay. Little extra treats delivered was a nice touch 💕 tippy barking dog was a little annoying one afternoon but bed was comfy and enjoyed Ottawa

Ok location. It is a bit dated. The pool, gym and kids playroom is a great addition. The concierge in the morning was rude but the staff in the afternoon when we were able to finally check in was kind and friendly. Ok stay.

Smooth check in and they allowed us to do an early check in specially that I had 3 young kids with me. The suite was spacious. The kitchen have everything you need if you wanted to make your own meals. Great location. Price is reasonable. Friendly staff and housekeeping people were always so courteous and helpful. I liked the overall atmosphere. Will definitely consider staying here again. I hope they will continue to offer reasonable rates.

We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it cleanest after these experiences.. The hotel appears to be in a noticeable state of decline due to insufficient maintenance and repair investment. Service was uneven, and staff often seemed to be learning procedures on the fly. The overall experience did not reflect the standards we expected.
