Serviced apartments in Uptown

Flew all day from alaska. They overbooked and sold our reserved room and were rude and dismissive and non helpful. There was a concert in town so all other hotels were booked. We drove around ABQ in 4 different Ubers trying to find anywhere to sleep. Finally at 330 in the morning got the last room at the motor lodge for five times its normal price (gouged) but we had no choice. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at the Hyatt place. I will be calling corporate and not going to let this situation pass treating a guest and loyalty member like a piece of garbage

Area is not great. But they have security driving 24 /7

Nice place to stay in Albuquerque. The room was comfortable and the staff was nice. Close to shopping and site seeing.

Breakfast was outstanding!

Staff is very attentive and dealt fast and professionally with a medical situation. Property is overall in good shape, but some details need improvement like screen doors on balconies. Be aware there is no elevator. Would stay again at this property.

Filthy room. Stains on the walls and ceiling, unvaccuumed carpets, and mold in the bathroom. The furniture has seen better days. Walked in to find drawers open, garbage in the pail. Not up to Hilton standards.
