The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The walk to the main piazza is about 15-20 mins but it’s safe to walk. Only thing is the walls are “thin”. You hear everything next door and that was an issue for us.

Beautiful hotel right in the entrance to the city center (cannot get closer than this). Beautiful lobby, great reception staff, amazing restaurant and a varied and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff was phenomenal in helping us with our bags as well as parking and retrieving our car.

There are no words for the service and comfort at Athena. The staff at the front desk as well as restaurant and bar went above and beyond to anticipate our every need. The hotel offers the hospitality of a private inn with all the amenities of a four star hotel. A special shout out to the team at the front desk. Leaving them was like leaving dear friends. Until we meet again, Siena….

There was a great view from the terrace while sipping our Campari sodas. It was an easy walk to the Campo with excellent restaurants nearby. The breakfast options especially the pastries were wonderful
