I booked a Jr. Suite and got upgraded to a Suite! Perfect location for walking to train & Old Town. Love this hotel!

The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious

Very handy to railway station, 10 minute walk to the old town. Dining options close by, quiet comfortable room.

We had an excellent stay at IMLAUER Mirabell. We were able to check in early after a 6 a.m. flight, and then stayed in one of the newly renovated suites. The new suite was gorgeous, the shower was lovely, and the bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The room was nice and quiet despite being by a busy street. We also were the second party to try their new breakfast, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, and we felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very smart and modern but not very practical for older people, eg open plan shower, lack of drawers and hooks, also AC not very efficient However wonderful views across to the Palace framed by mountains beyond and very well placed for train and bus stations to utilise tourist pass

Hard to get in to get bag out of the car. You have to ask for a code every time and the time to enter the street which is very narrow and crowded. Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with a family and several suitcases or be prepared to carry everything from the parking garages about 2 blocks away. The staff was friendly and quick an out beds were very comfortable.
