We booked the room for 4 and the view was beautiful. Staff was helpful and breakfast was really good. Proximity to the train station was a big bonus. Easy walk to the old town.

Despite our confirmed booking months ago, we were turned away as the hotel was overbooked when we arrived on New Year’s Eve. Staff did not do anything to help find an alternative accommodation, except to expect us to contact Expedia (whose chat was unmanned and could not be contacted). Hotel is now late with the refund. Unacceptable.

Really good stay! The breakfast (especially with their cheese selection and soft boiled eggs) was a great addition to our stay at the hotel. The location is great for train travelling, as it’s a 10-ish minute walk away from Salzburg Hbf.

Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well

The hotel was easy to find, situation just down the road from the main train station, and thr proximity to public transport was fab. The condition and cleaniness of the place was great, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the Level 1 view over the train line. Interesting and different and a nice way to make it a theme.

Everything was good, except.... We had forgotten gloves in the check in area. The employee lied and said no one turned them in. If another guest hasnt have been there(he turned them in) we wouldn't have gotten them back. We all had to insist they were there, she then walked over and got them. So the emplyee KNEW they were there. After check out we forgot a charger and cable(yes losing things was our bad). But when we called, she said they hadn't found it. Which we would have believed has another guest said the cable was sitting on the desk. The cable is very distinct (color and size).

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and it had what we needed. What could definitely be improved is the front desk staff. During our stay, we dealt with three different people who seemed annoyed to have to deal with us during our stay. There was no warm welcome to the hotel which was unfortunate
