I had problems with the rooms the whole time I stayed. The WiFi didn’t connect to the phones or the game system that I had. The tv channels only worked half the time. The toilet and tub were dirty when I entered in as well as there was a crack on the toilet seat that left two of my family members in pain after being pinched and the sink was falling apart and they had boards underneath to try and hold it up. When I addressed this issues with the front desk Andy said he would send someone up to take care of it but only the sink issue was resolved. There was also a broken chair arm in my room. I really did not enjoy my stay at all .

Stained pillowcase, broken door lock, mold in shower, odor. Limited parking, surrounding area did not feel safe. 1/2 of staff not helpful, not customer service friendly. Building has poor upkeep. Other patrons were up at night arguing and slamming doors in the hallway.

Staff was very nice. Room was ok. Pillows were awful. Bathroom was okay except bathtub was kind of gross. The breakfast was a mess. Kept running out of items and slow to refill. Pool had a film on top of it that made us not use it. No shampoo in bathroom. So really, overall, I’m being generous with an okay rating. The rates were attractive but I would not stay here again.

Omg!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn... the staff definitely made me feel welcomed when i arrived on Sunday andcwhen i left on Monday at checkout. The pool was warm and inviting. The shuttle was able to make my flight home to NC easily in time. Id absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Felt like the wrong side of town, parking was limited, dark and dingy. People wandering the parking area looking out of place. Entry was not well placed, main door wasn’t working properly and hot tub was out of service. Did not feel comfortable moving around the hotel or the surrounding area. Woke up every few hours to check the car wasn’t bothered and was startled by a large cockroach crawling on the bed with my niece! We left before breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

There was black mold in over 8 bathrooms and the furniture was broken in 5 rooms and the carpet smells horrible. The shower heads were all dirty and brown. The hot tub looked dirty like someone bathed in it and the pool had a weird smell and film on the water.

although I booked online midnight hour arrived in 30 minutes of booking get there was being charged another fee I was unaware of booking site did not disclose of, Requested refund myself and booking site was told manager not in contact in the morning contacted in the am. They refused refund claims it has been 24 hours I called 8am after booking at midnight ???? I called back ask for the manager and was told the manger will not be in until 1pm the hung up after I stated booking and I just spoke to him then who did we talk to claiming to be manager. Called back again for him to say Magee notated my info. They are a joke here never again.

unfortunately my experience was extremely unsatisfactory. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bed and bedding were unclean, with hair on the sheets and pillows. The bathtub and shampoo bottles were dirty, with hair present. The toilet was not properly cleaned, with urine stains. Additionally, the room door did not lock properly, and the hotel was very noisy. Because of these conditions, I had to check out at 3AM, and even after showering three times at home, I developed itchy red marks on my back and arms. I had gone to this hotel hoping to rest because I’ve been going through a difficult time lately, but staying there turned out to be a really terrible decision. This stay caused both discomfort and health concerns. I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider appropriate compensation.

I booked a room at the Quality Inn & Suites Union City Atlanta South and was extremely disappointed. The first room I was shown had a terrible smell, and the next one actually had roaches on the bed. The carpet throughout smelled bad and felt unclean. Within just five minutes of checking in, I decided to leave and find another hotel. To make matters worse, getting a refund was a hassle even though I didn’t stay the night. The entire experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly recommend asking to see the room before you hand over your card. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. Rooms look nothing like the pictures
