Our room lacked upscale amenities. The shower bath combination was old and inefficient. It took a longtime to get hot water and was dangerous to use. The location of the room was over the dining room and always smelt like food. They say the rooms are sound proof and the noise from downstairs was always present. I would not recommend getting the Master 1 room, We were very unhappy. Sofi The girl who took care of almost everything was incredibly pleasant and kind and made our stay along with the rest of the staff a positive experience. Thank you 🙏
The place is stunning and well designed. We were in the private villa, which was wonderful. The staff were very nice.
The only two things that were not good -and I think is a big deal- was 1. The pool. It was very dirty filled with bugs and not even full.
2. The way to the lodge is very difficult with rocks, also the way in between the rooms and the public area was rocky and difficult by foot.
We had dinner at the hotel and the prices were reasonable and the dishes were good. The service at the restaurant was very slow throughout the stay even though we were the only ones there.
Amazing setting views over vineyards to the Andes. Lunch and dinner were great. Great pool jacuzzi. Roof top area was perfect and they come and light fire for you
Wonderful stay for our honeymoon with the most fantastic guest service on an incredible vineyard. The room was huge and quite something to behold, it was really quite special.
Smallest of tweaks, the jacuzzi on the roof could have been a little warmer and done with a clean. The roof outdoor lounge area could have done with some sun loungers and the pool wasn't the cleanest although I did love swimming in it.
Also be aware it is a long way from anywhere and can be quite prohibitive if you want to use this as a base to visit a lot of wine farms. However if you want your own little world for a few days, it's hard to beat.
My wife and I had an amazing time here on our honeymoon. Outside of a misunderstanding of our room-type when we arrived (not all villas have the rooftops), our stay was nothing short of amazing. This hotel feels very exclusive, with less than 20 rooms. The reception staff were incredibly attentive and quick to respond. This location is quite far from most things, which makes access to transportation difficult. The staff provided us a recommendation for a driver/tour service (Mis Reynas) that made our whole trip even better. The sparkling wine that Rosell Boher is known for is the best we have ever had, the facilities at the hotel are wonderful, the restaurant is small but the food is remarkable (thank you chef Emiliano), and the grounds are breathtaking. We look forward to coming back again in the future, hopefully with friends too.
Perfect place to disconnect from the world. The villa was beautiful. Staff was super attentive and courteous. Restaurant and breakfast was delicious. Definitely a five star hotel, can't wait to go back.
Really nice property and hotel. The roof tops on some of the villas are awesome. We had a fire and a bottle of wine our first night there on the room and really enjoyed a starry night. Only negative is the ~20 minutes of rough dirt roads to the hotel. It take awhile to get to Mendoza (1 hr) and other wineries are almost all 25 min . Not the end of the world as tge property makes up for it.

Amazing stay
Our stay was amazing! The location and the lodge were absoloutley incredible. Views everywhere you looked. The rooms were very large and extremely well equipped; we had three separate outdoor living areas that we throughly enjoyed during our stay. We would high my recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Mendoza area!
