Big tourist trap, the ratings are so off! Service is bad, pool has slides for kids but sun beds do not face them so very hard to monitor your kids. People are leaving their towels to keep their spot all day even when the rules say 45min max, and staff don’t say or keep track of anything about it…breakfast is disappointing, coffee is disgusting (tastes like instant coffee robusta) there’s a Starbucks hut adjacent to the breakfast room where you will pay 4$ for a medium americano (almost feels like it’s there on purpose!) rooms are good for families, very simple. Poor wifi. Feels crowded all day long, not really enjoyable (visited mid January). Expensive for a hotel rated 5star, standing not delivered. Don’t recommend.

The resort is right at the beachfront. The staffs at the front desk and the restaurant are friendly and helpful. Our luggage was sent directly to our room. The room is spacious, clean and well-air conditioned. There is a balcony opening to the swimming pool. Seven-eleven, good restaurants, pharmacies, and shopping areas are within walking distance.

Our room and the whole resort was kept extremely clean, the staff were always polite and friendly and greeted you with a smile. Food was always well presented and tasted delicious…loved it here location was fantastic. Staff in the beach pool bar who went above and beyond… Asia, Nat and Marina. They made our stay wonderful

The resort is very clean and modern. The staff were amazing and the stay was totally enjoyable. We were fortunate to get a room upgrade that included a small pool. We would highly recommend staying here again as it is close to the centre of Ao Nang but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. Amazing resort.

Such a perfect location! Just a short walk along the beach to the Ao Nang Night Market which has tons of shopping, spas, restaurants and bars! Stunning beach, with the cliffs to the left and immaculately kept rooms with speedy service.
