I like the location and the cleanliness. the front check-in lady was great!! We told her the valet told us we would have to park in the street or somewhere else and she took the time to go outside with us and point to the parking lots and explain that all parking was free on the street during weekends. I wished i would have gotten her name, as she is customer service example!! Now on the valet, no customer service, told me i would have to move my pickup before i got our luggage removed. Had to role a buggy down the road to unload. He had Zero customer service and needs improved upon!!

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived with a punctured tyre! thank you for helping us with breakdown service. Our room was very spacious, clean and over looking the pool. Bed was comfortable and loved the shower. Parking was easy( after fixing the tyre) the parking garage was next door.
