Excellent stay, great downtown location.

Excellent attention by front desk when needing assistance. Room cleaning was offered if requested. Breakfast was well run and clean.

It was a beautiful hotel! The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Needs to have key access only on the elevators though, we had a random man knock on our door in the middle of the night.

Only there for one night for a concert that was close but it was very nice, comfortable and the staff was excellent. good breakfast too.

Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well. Bed sheets had crumbs in them. Waited almost an hour at the bar for a burger. The shower door leaked so bad that there was a huge puddle of water outside the door. It was a miracle I didn’t trip and hurt myself. I told the staff and she didn’t really act like she cared. Only good thing about the property was it was located close to BOK.
