No microwave in my room. This room is a suite so I paid extra, and no microwave? Shocked by that. Weird coffee maker situation too. Also paid extra to be in a room with a jetted tub and the jets were VERY weak, and one wasn't working at all. Could have sworn the description said bfast was included, but the voucher I got was for free chips and salsa and a drink. Wasn't interested in that.

Overall experience was good. The property is beautiful with views of the Catalina’s from our room. The room could use a deep clean. We had a very good deep sleep. You cannot hear other guest on site at all which is a plus. We will stay again when we return.

Courteous young gentleman greeted me and provided me with detailed information. The room is spacious and clean. I especially enjoy walking to the restaurant Cielos on the grounds. Christmas morning buffet breakfast was top notch. The grounds are will manicured and a pleasure to behold. I always stay at the Lodge when in town

It was good. Nothing more than that. One of the chairs in the room had torn leather and that just leaves a negative impression. The room was average at best. Pillows were like bags of sand. Wouldn’t stay here again unless I had too.

the staff, specially at the restaurant were great. the food was amazing. at first in noted the age of the unit and thought it looked a bit wore down, a bit! but when i see this place is almost 100 years old, i must say it is in amazing shape and my thoughts on the place changed. I love a ceiling fan when i sleep and was happy to see one in the room. unfortunately, the fan had such a severe wobble to it that i was unable to use it.
