Nice mature motel with character. Good free breakfast. Some negatives were no PBS on tv and $5 per day "Green/Environment" fee was added in addition to your quoted total that is supposed to include all fees.

The front desk staff was helpful at check-in/check-out and answered questions and helped store luggage for a few hours for us. Our room and lobby were clean and the included breakfast was simple but had everything my son and I needed. The courtyard fountains and atrium provided a nice background sound and were pleasing to look at. Overall, a very good 3-star experience. Nothing fancy, and nothing wrong with it.
