Everything was good, safe place to stay. Room could do with some USB ports and more sockets.

Helpful and friendly staff and the improvements they’re making to the hotel are fabulous.

Our room (325, King bed with lake view) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is excellent, a couple minutes walk to the ferries, good restaurants, shops and even the Victoria Wood theater (fun show!). The staff was courteous and unobtrusive. The breakfast was plentiful - and “unhurried” to get a table and to get the cooked food. We hope to stay again someday.

If you’re wanting a quiet hotel, this isn’t it. The night life outside went on till 4.30 in the morning, if your young fare enough but if your passing and want quiet, it’s not good. But it was a Saturday night, it might be different throughout the week

Fabulous location. Fantastic rooms and great staff coupled with a superb buffet breakfast.

The Cumbrian park hotel was friendly. clean and had very helpful staff. The room was clean and warm. And they gave you a nice big mug to have your tea or coffee in (great) I would definitely stay there again.
