My stay was fantastic. The amenities were beautiful and extremely clean, and the staff members were exceptional. I was very grateful for valet parking, as it’s a busy area and finding parking in Toronto can be challenging. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Lovely hotel with genuinely great people. If you’re bringing a car the parking service was excellent. Fabulous room with great view of the Toronto tower and the restaurant (KŌST) on the 44th floor has great food and a fabulous view over the city and lake. Genuinely impressed.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).
Loved the moodiness of the 1st floor lounge.

The place was perfect! The only odd aspect was the pool's location — it was right next to the dining area, making it nearly impossible to avoid splashing guests who were eating.
