Very conveniently located next to the Shibuya station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff. FamilyMart nearby which we bought our breakfast everyday. You can hear the trains passing by but it didn’t bother us. Hotel provides slippers and pajamas. Toiletries can be picked up next to the front desk

Great hotel with friendly staff

This is a great hotel if you are arriving from or departing to NRT airport as it's a direct line no transfers. The hotel is essentially connected to the station so you don't have to wheel luggage across Tokyo streets. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind.

Hotel location is perfect to go anywhere. The shopping malls , restaurants, and so many places are just within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotelier are very nice and they even allow to leave my carriers in their office due to fright time after check out. There is little bit of problem. Hotel is located right behind subway lines. So if you are sensitive regarding the noise, you need to check up room location. Front side of building may be OK because it is face to small street.

Great location if you don’t mind a little walk to get to the busy parts of Shibuya (Crossing). We loved that we could be in the hustle and bustle of Shibuya but then return home to a more quiet area. Perfect location!

Pleasantly Surprised! Its prime location offered unparalleled convenience: just steps from a 7-Eleven, direct access to the railway station via the third floor, and a nearby coffee shop. Within a short walk, we reached the busy shopping mall area and the iconic Shibuya Crossing. The room, though compact—a common feature in Tokyo—was impeccably clean, including the bathroom. Positioned on the 11th floor, we enjoyed a peaceful retreat away from the city’s hustle. A standout feature was the in-room washer/dryer combo, complete with detergent. We could monitor the laundry status directly from the room’s TV that added to our convenience. While we didn’t opt for the daily morning buffet, we decided to try it on our last day. It was easy to walk in and pay, and the buffet offered a nice variety of options. Additional amenities included a selection of toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, bath salts, etc.) available in the lobby, and complimentary hot water and coffee in the lobby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with English-speaking personnel making communication seamless. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay.
