I was especially pleased with the service immediately upon arriving at the airport, calling the hotel shuttle service and getting such a thoughtful driver. The check-in personel was again, caring and thoughtful and throught my stay, impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel in general and my room, the wonderful restaurant staff of Carlos, Sarah and everyone else in the hotel to the concierge. If given the opportunity to travel again to the Boston area, this hotel will be my place to stay. Many thanks to all!

Fell short of expectations but not bad

The stay was average, nothing extraordinary or bad per say. I would recommend that the hotel be more upfront with the cost of the stay since there's now a destination fee thanks to boston. While not their fault this should be factored into the price before booking and not left as a foot note after. Id also reccomend the "perks" that we get because of that fee be better than two bottles of water and a bowl of clam chowder. A credit to the restaurant hotel that i can use all at once would have been better. Another recommendation would be vending machines as the selection in the lobby is rather small. Otherwise great room, great view.

The room was hot, and the air conditioning was not working. However, the staff moved us to another room right away. The beds were not comfortable. Otherwise, the service and the staff were excellent! Chad was also very helpful, and he is the best staff!

Definitely a five star experience!

State at the Hyatt in Boston Harbor was a great experience! It was right near the airport, so there’s a free shuttle which you can take from and to the airport. There’s a water taxi you can take right from the hotel to numerous destinations which makes sightseeing and exploring very easy. Chad was very helpful in getting us set up with that. The view from our room on the 11th floor was fantastic! We so enjoyed looking at the city lights at night. The service and food at the restaurant was excellent as well! I also am giving the Hyatt a five star for their honesty. I left my credit card at the restaurant after breakfast, and got a phone call right away from Darius stating that he found the card and it would be at the front desk. I was so relieved! Thank you for a great stay in Boston!

Good location but old

The hotel is pretty old, though kept in good condition. Hotel staff was friendly and room service was good. However, the air-conditioning machine is extremely loud! It is very hard to have a restful sleep. I believe this is due to the age of the hotel.
