Sean at check-in was so helpful. This is the best place to stay at the beach. Scott was very helpful when I needed to add on an extra night. The rooms are roomy, clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

Wondering if this place is under new management. My room was never made up for the 3 days I stayed there, despite me visiting the lobby and requesting it. On my first night there I was confronted in the parking lot by a disturbed person who followed me around the lot. I got a rude and unacceptable response from the employee in the lobby when I reported this incident. I'll probably stay elsewhere on my next visit.

The room was newly remodeled. Very nice.

Boy has this place gone down hill quickly. To start the ladies at front desk are amazing no issues, very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly rooms are carpeted and quite stinky. Bathroom vinyl plank flooring was pulling up and almost entirely separated. Pool and hot tub has green mildew formed around the edges. Breakfast was pretty sad, no waffles or fresh fruit. No air conditioning in rooms. Unfortunately, that’s probably the last time we’ll be staying there.

When checking out, the staff was not there, we just dropped our key in the appropriate receptacle. Would have preferred to talk to staff and get a copy
