Only 4 balconies in the entire facility. Room smelled of urine. Fridge not working. 1960's vintage, worn out facility. Notified staff firge not working, no response. Old fashioned key lock, only one key, not secure. Bathtub faucets leaking water heavily.no bathroom exhaust fans. Hot tub has only two functioning water jets. Pool very nice and clean. TV in the rooms very small.Overall, the facility is very run down and needs serious repairs.

It is ocean front but a long steep stairway from the beach. The new owners are nice and the room was clean and simply furnished with an awesome ocean and beach view.

Not clean.

Room was not cleaned properly there was still garbage from the previous people that had stayed that we found on the floor and the carpet was not vacuumed and the floor was not swept properly. The view was great, but I would not choose this hotel again for the fact that the room was not cleaned properly and it was expensive.

The location of the hotel was the best part. We had a great view of the ocean from our room and there was a staircase down to the beach right next to it. We also appreciated the spacious room which allowed the kids to go crazy and have fun, while giving the adults some quiet and calm space. We asked for an early check in and the front desk was not very polite about declining. We called a couple of times and while we understood the hotel was fully booked, it's highly unlikely all rooms were cleaned at the last minute and there weren't rooms cleaned and ready to go earlier in the day. They wouldn't even take our name and check to see if possibly the room had been cleaned. Also the fireplace was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay. The kitchen was reasonably stocked but they didn't have soap or sponges. The big disappointment was the beautiful hot tub overlooking the ocean. It has the potential to be pretty amazing - but the glass was too dirty to see through and the view as blocked by a big roll of plastic covering for the hot tub. Seems like since that's a sellng point of the hotel, they would try to at least keep that small area at a higher standard. The whole place needs a renovation - it would be worth it for the location and size!

The room was not as updated as the picture looked but it still was a great stay. I do wish it had ac would have made it a little more comfortable. The view was exactly what i wanted though and loved that I could see the ocean from my bed. So when I woke up in the middle of the night I could just look out and enjoy it. I did have some spiders on my balcony which I understand is hard to keep control of during the season but I did feel that they could have checked it for the customers. I feel it should be checked every time they clean the room. Sounds stupid but I don't feel like I should have to call down to have them taken care of. Other than that I would stay there again. Thank you
