The lobby and pool area were very nice and updated. the free coffee was appreciated. A corner of the room appeared to have some kind of damage as the wall paper was wrinkled. We discovered our ground floor window had been unlocked the whole time as we were leaving, which is a safety concern. Favorite thing was the hot tub!

The only issue we had was with a man that works the night shift. He apparently has worked there for a while. We have been there before and he was there. His name we believe is Balia. We approached him and asked who's car was parked in a handicap area, It had no handicap placard

Cold room

The hotel was very clean, but our room 115 had some specific issues. The heat didn't go up past 68 degrees and it took a long time to get to that. Most of the night it was 67 degrees and I set the Thermostat to 70 degrees. The toilet also randomly "ran" throughout the night. And the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on.

We’ve stayed here before always nice. This stay we had a problem with no hot water in our shower. Called front desk and sent someone with a key for the next room to allow us to get a hot shower without changing rooms since we were checking out that AM. No questions they just did the best to remedy the problem. Things happen how they are handled makes the difference. They handled it.

Hotel seemed dirty. Walls had drip marks and coffee cups on table in dining area were dirty. Also there were old screws left in the wall from an old mirror. The staff was very accommodating whenever we needed something. They went above and beyond to get us coffee and ice when asked.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting, and it was a complete disappointment. The photos in the listing are completely misleading, and the room description is nothing like what they actually offer. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold stains all around the sink. The heating didn’t work in the common area, and inside the room, the temperature was all over the place. On top of that, there was dust everywhere, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I brought up these issues with the front desk, but they simply shrugged it off and told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable! This was a terrible experience, and I would never stay here again. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel unless they enjoy false advertising and filthy conditions.
