Online check in/check out is brilliant. Very convenient to International terminal. Shuttle between domestic and international only a few minutes walk away.

Great central location, ideal for travellers without a vehicle

Stylish property in a great location.

Paid over &1000 for a Saturday night stayed on level 31 considered a premium room with views over opera house & harbour bridge. This level of accommodation allowed me access to level 30 for afternoon tea, then canapés & unlimited wine & drinks. Then breakfast in the am. My sons room was level 8 & not allowed the privileges I had. My room was standard hotel accommodation not worth $1000. The shower had a fixed head & I would have liked a separate hose head for extra cleanliness. The staff were very helpful. Food & drinks were lovely. My room for $1000 was totally overpriced .
