Upgraded room, very nice

No microwave. No bottled water. No hair dryer. No power point near bed. No extra pillows or blankets.

The room was exactly like the photos on the website. We had a view of the river, the bed and couch were comfortable, the shower and amenities were clean & worked well. Would recommend this Motel to anyone

The staff were very helpful. I did not receive any code for the lock box, called after hours number and a staff member was there to let me in, in two minutes. Very family friendly and my doggie loves the place and the beach that he runs on. I stayed two days this time and really enjoyed myself. The nights were very quiet and I slept well. Thank you Ingenia. See you again.

Breakfast was terrible - packet scrambled eggs and rude chef when asking for poached eggs.

The room was quite ordinary for the price. Not sure if the room standards vary based on who you book it thru ( in this case Expedia ). After we booked-in we got locked out, the card wouldn't work, had to go to Reception to let us in, not sure what would have happened if the reception desk wasn't manned. The vinyl floor outside the bathroom was swelling due to water damage. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, the bathroom vent wasn't working, had to leave the window open constantly, mould on bathroom floor tiles and shower walls and water damage around bathroom door frame. The whole room looked little sad. For a few more dollars i would have gone elsewhere
