Room was spotless, amenities were ideal for what we wanted, we faced the main road, but it was super quiet and couldn't hear anything, the pool was clean and inviting my son enjoyed his swim. The staff on arrival were lovely and accommodating, the venue itself was clean and inviting. The breakfast on offer was amazing and fresh and hot. Locality was ideal close to everything we definitely will be back

The staff was the only positive experience we had. This hotel is extremely dated and definitely not worth 455.00 AUD per night (even on a holiday weekend). If your room is on the second floor, you’ll be carrying your bag as there isn’t an elevator. The rooms haven’t been renovated in quite some time. I had the itchy scratchies so definitely feeling something in the bed at night. Again, the staff were so kind but this hotel oversells itself and I don’t recommend it.

We paid for a room with an infant, we got a simple room on the second floor with no elevator. We had to pay an extra fee to grt a room on the first floor. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com took any responsibility. A complete nightmare.
