We stayed 2 nights, the first day breakfast- no syrup for pancakes- they ran out of it. Christmas day breakfast- nothing special, same spread from the previous day, infact they went short- no yoghurt. Seems to be a silly excuse for such an enterprise. We requested an iron which was not available. Service staff seems to be less courteous-our other stays in Costa Rica- staff were warm and friendly so it was quite surprising to see this reception - shuttle service was great. Pool had nice views

This is a really nice hotel for the Tamarindo area. Great staff and service. The shuttle service was important because of the location on a steeper hill. Walking down is no problem, but it's a bit of a hike going up...great for a good leg workout. Rooms are nice and all have ocean views overlooking Tamarindo and the pool. The pool is really nice and big, and the restaurant is also a nice option. Breakfast could have a little more variety from day to day, but overall good. You also have access to the Langosta Beach Club on Tamarindo beach, which the shuttle drops off and picks up at. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

It’s a very nice hotel with a great pool. The only downside of the hotel is the fact that it’s far from the sea. But they have a shuttle every hour.
