Great location right in the Rocks and the staff are friendly but the hotel is dated. The room we had is tired and in need of a major upgrade. Toilet seat broken, bath enamel looks worn with silicone slapped around the edges encouraging mould. The air vent intake for the aircon system is clogged with dust bunnies and the furniture looks like it was picked up from the council throw out. Windows are filthy as well plus thread bare carpets. If you’re cool with that you can’t beat the location but for the price you’re paying they need to do better.

The main foyer and the staff were very nice. Staff were also very helpful and they stored our luggage when we first got there quite early in the morning and after we checked out. The room was clean, but needs some updating. The bath amenities are right above the toilet. Make sure you close the lid before touching them or they might fall in.

The room, and the Hotel at large, were spotless. The buffet breakfasts were delicious ---- hot/cold as appropriate. The bar serves dinner Thurs - Sat. Exceptionally good and reasonably priced food. We were at the Hotel 6 nights. It is located in the area known as The Rocks --- lots of restaurants and shopping around. It was a 5-minute walk to our cruise ship. We heartily recommend this Hotel.

This hotel is in a great area. It was good value for money. Loads of options for dining and close by sightseeing. The only disappointment was the shower which was very poor and hard to regulate temperature. (Room 822) There was soap, shampoo & conditioner supplied. We did not have a harbor view - not sure if booking with Expedia makes that difference however the back of the hotel overlooks the origional Rocks which are beautiful. We did not prebook the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of little cafes in the area. 4 night stay. Would definitely stay here again.
