Great location right in the Rocks and the staff are friendly but the hotel is dated. The room we had is tired and in need of a major upgrade. Toilet seat broken, bath enamel looks worn with silicone slapped around the edges encouraging mould. The air vent intake for the aircon system is clogged with dust bunnies and the furniture looks like it was picked up from the council throw out. Windows are filthy as well plus thread bare carpets. If you’re cool with that you can’t beat the location but for the price you’re paying they need to do better.

Location, location is everything and this property fullfilled that :) everything was so good. Easy to find, close to circular quay which was such a good connection point for public transport. Great location and rich historical area, friendly staff, great views on the rooftop and the pool/spa are a lovely touch. It's a bit dated so that may be a negative for some people but I'd stay here again.

Rooms were very plain but the beds were comfortable. The furniture is a little dated. Loved having a fridge in the room with real cream for our coffee and tea. The selling feature of this hotel is the location!! It was a short walk from the cruise ship terminal and The Rocks just behind the hotel. Fabulous area for shops and restaurants. Very lively in the evenings. Very close to Circular Quay, ferries, trains, Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. I wished we had stayed longer. The staff were lovely and we were able to access our room early. We had a partial view of the bridge. Our room looked out at the Opera House but we seldom saw it as massive cruise ships blocked the view.

The property was nice and in a good loaction. The rooms were big enought o accomdate 3 adults but the bathroom was outdated so water pressure was either too cold or too hot. Overall it was easy to walk to places, plenty of dining options and close to the opera house, aquarium and tower.

Great location after cruise docking 5 min walk away. Hotel was great at keeping luggage until room was ready in the afternoon. Room was OK but bathroom really needed updating (stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and must have been given a renoed room on a lower floor which was much more acceptable.

The room is very old, with the prices you are charging I would at least expect some movies or streaming on your TVs. I think I will be staying somewhere else next time. The staff were helpful. The room we had, had very little air conditioning, even though it was on 17*C and it was hot. We asked to be moved and after a couple of hours we were moved. The rooms need to be updated even a paint job would improve the look. It was actually decorated like a 60s hotel. The position is great and as I said the staff were nice.

Room was clean. Paid additional for a view of the harbour , bridge and opera house. Every morning, a Cruise ship blocked the view. Ship did not move til the end of the day. Breakfast buffet was ok ,but limited hot food selections. Hotel reception manager was very unhelpful
