We made a reservation for two nights. We stayed one night. They gave us a quiet room. I was very pleased. It was clean and very nice for the money. Are there any shortcomings? But it's not a big problem.

Returning guest. Great location if driving to the airport - about 10-15 minutes in peak hr! Train station a quick easy walk - but must change trains if going to the airport - still very quick however. Free street parking around the corner. The issue we had this time were noisy guests. There is no 'sound" blocking between walls or ceilings. These particular guests talked loud non stop til 5am - when we had to leave for the airport! We could hear every word. Must have been high on drugs or something- then they stopped for a short time - then started up again. Because of the tile and tin roof - all noises are louder. We didn't sleep at all. But for that, this is a convenient and well priced place to stay. Very nice.

Noisy. Visible pipes in ceiling constantly being flushed. Can hear conversations (etc) from other rooms, including a person who decided to play flute at 10.45pm. Had to leave in the middle of the night for another hotel. Reception was closed.

- No manual lock on door. - Sink next to the bed. - Tiny toilet, I’m short and if I closed the door, my knees touched the door. No idea how a tall person would fit. The toilet is literally next to your head when you sleep. - Extremely noisy from traffic. my room was basically next to the main Princes Hwy road. - The rooms have no sound proofing. You can clearly hear people talking in the next room. You can also hear their TV loudly. - Can hear the water run through the pipes which are visible in the ceiling of the room and covered with fake leaves - Light bulb was squealing, had to remove the bulb that was so old and dusty and hadn’t been replaced. - Fridge was noisy and had to unplug. - No phone to call reception. - Went out for the whole day on day 1 and room still wasn’t made up. I didn’t say anything to reception but when it happened again on day 2, I asked reception and they said no housekeeping. I had to ask for a fresh towel. The details on their website ad includes housekeeping. - No do not disturb sign for the door. - The hallway light shines so brightly through the gap under the door. I had to put a towel over it to block out the light. - No safe. - No one told me when I checked in that reception would close at 10pm and you need to access the side door using a passcode. Luckily there was a mobile number to call and someone answered to tell me the PIN. This information should be told to all guests upon check in. They include it on the card that has your room

The space was very dirty, baby cockroach seen. Chairs had food crumbs and beddings had a few stains. Room also had a dirty and stale smell, room just did not look clean and it was an unpleasant experience. Please do better with the cleanliness of space.

For the price , this is perfect to stay for an early morning flight , just jump on the bus and your at the airport in 5 minutes . Its clean , its convenient and the alcohol is at a great price . I highly recommend a stay here

I give my stars only for the lovely receptionist who was welcoming, friendly and professional. We suspect our bed sheets weren't changed as we found jewellery under the top sheet. We also found hair in the shower, indicating it wasn't cleaned either. The room was exceptionally small and poky. Would not recommend.

Don’t be fooled by the name - this is a $22 train journey from the airport, which requires a change of lines. And, depending on traffic, it is a good 5 - 10 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. Not good if you have heavy baggage.

A big pool of water in the hallway near my door, Iasked if so was going to clear it,was told maybe later ,at 8.am next morning still there and no staff was on reception, after 10 pm had to put a code into door to get in and no snack machine ,no restaurant Iwould not recommend this hotel to anyone

Didn't end up staying there. Booked it in January and just before we left to go to Sydney, I read reviews from the past few months. Reviews were terrible. Not good at all. So I called them, cancelled my booking, girl on the end of phone was rude, saying non-refundable. I knew that. Booked accommodation in centre of Sydney, at a well known hotel instead. Seeing photos of toilets near beds, paper thin walls, noisy, was the turn off
