Lovely property, the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome. They even up-graded us to a downstairs room because of our dog. It is not often we have felt that well looked after, thank you

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room could do with redecorating (scuffs and marks on walls and painteork). They didn't seem to offer much in the way if a vegan breakfast so we decided not to have breakfast there.

I've never stayed in an IBIS hotel before, but i will definitely be back. The staff were ever so polite, professional friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean, the bar and restaurant were excellent, well cooked, plenty of choice and tasty. It was an easy 20 min walk into the centre of Swansea making it an ideal place for a lovely quite stay but close to the city.

Friendly welcome. Easy check in Room clean and fine for our two night stay with small dog. 25 minutes walk to centre but a nice walk. Breakfast was good although some cheeses looked dry and unappealing. Toaster extremely slow so would not cope if busy. The towels have seen better days and probably need replacing. Would have welcomed a bottle of water in the room and a complimentary biscuit. Shower/ body wash was good for those that require it. Pillow was soft so that’s great for me as I never get a comfy pillow always too full and hard. A good place to stay.

The people working in the hotel were fantastic and very friendly the hotel itself there was black mold in the shower there were no benches outside so every time you went in and out you saw people standing everywhere smoking they need to do something more for the comfort of their customers

Perfect for a mum and young son date.

Hotel okish

I booked the room on hotel.com which I through was reasonable on bank holidays weekend. The hotel staff were very welcome and friendly. We got to our room the lights on wall didn’t work, lights hangs off the bed wasn’t working’s, one switch wasn’t working, not much lighting in the room. I did complaint about it but staff couldn’t do much as it was full booked. Someone banged on our room door in the early hours morning, some girl was screaming, no phone in the room. The beds wasn’t comfortable, we only had 1 pillow each my friend had use a towel to make the pillow more comfortable. Breakfast was ok but wasn’t much there Overall it was okish
