The staff at were helpful, pleasant, and friendly.

Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in, but be advised if this is a concern. Request a room on the opposite side of the building.

The breakfast area was clean and the selection was great! By far the best we have ever had. Room was clean and air conditioning worked well.

Its quiet and has clean rooms andcomfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was good with a good selection. It is close to the Cross Winds Casino. You can either drive over or take the shuttle.

I was not happy. I did the "Pay AT Property", well several times throughout the day the property tried to charge my card. Very upset about that. Then when I called, no one would answer.
