Our family stayed 5 total nights at this property. Overall, our stay was OK. The family room met our needs, the beds were comfortable, and the location was within good walking distance from the InTrust Arena. We were there for the NCAA basketball tournament.
The parts that we did not appreciate were that most areas of the hotel were dirty, especially along the baseboards, tile, windows, breakfast area, etc. The side door had homeless people hanging out and there were random clothes and food containers spread all over. There was a very bad odor outside the hotel, near the side door, that emanated from water that was leaking from the hotel.
Furthermore, the breakfast was pretty poor. Although breakfast was included in the price of the room, nothing at the breakfast bar was tasty. Every morning, they ran out of cups, utensils, coffee, etc. Even the coffee did not taste good. Also, the bar was laid out poor, so the people that were getting their food were constantly running into each other. A bit more thought could make the line run much more efficiently.
Overall, this should not be a 3 star hotel. I would call it a 2 star.
