Room certainly is in need of an update. Old grungy carpet, the bathtub water nozzle was surrounded by rust. I would definitely not stay here again.

We've stayed at this property three years running on our trips to AZ. Over that three years, the propery has done little to no upkeep and is now showing signs of wear.
