The room was fine but the corridors were not that clean and had a bad odor The breakfast was very good and very generous. We had a very great tune in the pool with the kids. The Price is very raesonable.

I used to work at this hotel 35 years ago in the kitchen and it was amazing to look behind the door and be able to see where I started working when I got out of college. The people at this hotel are nice people they are attentive the place is old and definitely out of date but they're keeping it up well. We stayed in room 244 and when you leave the front desk as we were walking down the hallway to our room the smells in the hallway went from extreme cigarette to extreme garbage and then possibly sewer mixed with garbage as we walk down the hall luckily when we got down to the very end where our room was the smells were gone in our room was odor free. The bed definitely is dated and needs a new mattress but it was acceptable. The bathroom and the amenities in the room were clean but definitely dated.

Place definitely could have been cleaner. Dust caked on the bottom rim of washroom doors, dusty night stand. Doors and walls need wiped down. Bathtub had dirt in it. The essentials seemed clean though. Clean bedding, carpet looked vacuumed, toilet clean. We got the place for $100 off Expedia. Definitely would not pay full price for this place. Pool is large and heated. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly.

Loved the coffee and water in the lobby. The free breakfast exceeded my expectations! I wasn’t expecting so much. Staff were wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Such a great value for the price! The outdoor green space was very nice too. There is even a BBQ that you can use. It’s a great hotel for families and for those on a budget. Would definitely return.

Pro's: The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The pool is large. Appears to have ample meeting and event facilities. Neutral: The parking situation is a little complicated. We were told that the adjacent parking garage has an entrance directly to the 3rd floor of the hotel, which is where we stayed, so it sounded super convenient. Took me 20 mins to figure out where I was supposed to park and when i made my way in, i discovered that the entry from there to where the rooms were was not currently accessible and had to walk the entire hotel (its a big square) to get to my room. Breakfast has hot and cold options....but not many. Con's: our room had a door to the next room, for groups. We didn't know those people, but even at regular volume, we could hear them talking whenever they were in their room. The hotel could really use a reno. Its age is showing and there are many repairs to be done. But to be fair, so does most of this city.

Probably worst hotel stay in my 40 year life. Asked for a room with a walk out patio room when i booked,was told there were none. There definitly was some. Then asked about the courtyard and walk out room to there so i can grab a smoke..was told you cant smoke in the courtyard as i expected. But you can definitly smoke in their courtyard they have places to put out smokes all over in there. Then i asked for a room close to an exit door so i dobt have to walk 10 miles to go outside..i was placed in the farthest corner from a door. One of maybe 8 rooms in the whole building with no balcony or walk out. The building was falling apart dirty and smelled like old gym socks through out. The room was old looking,banged. Take a show and watch the tub fill with water cuz the drain is plugged.. save your money and dont go to this dump they call a raddison. Zombies all over the builing asking for money and smokes to boot. Dont make the same mistake as me
