Staff were pleasant and pretty much the only good thing. My view out the window was the homeless encampment. Also, before you enter you are greeted with people begging for change. The door to the bathroom was misaligned so it took a lot of effort to pull it open. One of our keycards did not work for some reason. The elevator is extremely slow and old. Didnt feel safe to use do ended up using the stairs. I do not recommend this place at all.

Hotel was alright, room was cleanish. Mildew built up under the AC. Room smelled a little musty and the cuck chair in the corner had some undesirable stains. The bed protector had some dark stains on it aswell. I've had worse rooms. I've had alot better conditions. Location wasn't great. Alot of drug users slumped over everywhere. Homeless camp right behind the entrance. Overall it was meh. Wouldn't stay again just to have a better location where I'm not nervous having my kid out with me. Didn't feel safe after being yelled at by a tweaker as I'm walking out the hotel to my car with some unsavoury language. I'd stay again if there was no choice but location really hurts this establishment.

Cleanliness is terrible. The carpet wasp sticky. The mattresses were too soft. The bathroom faucet hardly works correctly. Needs to be replaced.

Bed was comfortable. Tv and microwave were both uneasy to operate. First room given the toilet wasn't flushing. Second room the faucet was loose. There was a huge chaise too big for the room not leaving enough room to get by to the bed. Found a huge chunk of drywall on other side of chaise so obviously the cleaners never move it to vacuum. There is a homeless tent encampment nearby that you can see so there are constantly homeless people in the parking lot (I even had one ask to have my bottle of sprite which I obliged). When I checked out I mentioned that the doors should be card access at night and I was told that they do lock the doors but that's no good leaving guests on the outside to fend for themselves while waiting for staff to open the door. Staff was helpful and stored our frozen fruit in the office fridge for us.
