Staff are great, and the bar and restaurant are enjoyable. Overall, I did not hate my stay and it would not deter me from staying here again. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. I have stayed here before and had much better rooms, but this time the veneer was peeling off multiple wood surfaces, the bathroom tap became dislodged from its fitting, the shower head was damaged and spraying in every direction except down, and the carpets could really do with a proper deep clean. Not the standard that you would expect but overall not the end of the world.

Reasonable hotel but it’s not at the airport as the wording would suggest . It’s about 8 kilometers from airport.

Property was neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a good location, but everything else is bad. All the electrical outlets are not working. No bottled water. No Phones. The WhatsApp message service is not monototed. you are on your own.

The ratings would have been higher had the property paid attention to critical service issues that were identified and brought to their attention. I was in room 553 and complained from the first day of an unpleasant odor emanating from the drains (face basin, tub, and shower) in the bathroom. Instead of moving my reservation to a different room, they just removed the caps of the drain, stating they cleaned them. That was far from the truth; we instead had to deal with the unpleasant smell for the duration of the entire stay. Vacationers, please beware of that room.
