We always stay they every time we come. They are very consistent with the cleanliness, hospitality, feel safe. The restaurant staff always goes above and beyond for our kids with allergies. Till next time.

I stayed at this hotel two nights, separate reservations. First room was downstairs and appeared either newer or remodeled with a comfortable bed. Second room was on third flood and was more dated with less comfortable bed. The restaurant was very good, from their breakfast buffet (wide range of hot and cold items), dinner buffet to ordering dinner off the menu. Price was also a good value for the cost of the room and the cost of the meals. I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay overnight and fly out

This place is a great hotel to rest, rejuvenate, take a shower, and had shuttle service from the airport and back to the airport. It’s a great bargain and a great place to stay. I am so happy that I made a reservation at the Holiday Inn.

Really poor condition

Very disappointed with this hotel. Really poorly maintained. Sink was scratched, chipped and stained so bad I couldn’t tell if it was clean. Bathroom small and grungy. Overall room really worn down. Sheets were clean but about the lowest quality you can get. They were staining or painting somewhere and the entire floor smelled of a strong varnishing smell. Restaurant was edible but poor. Was really disappointed given the brand and other good reviews. I never leave bad reviews but thought others should know what to expect. Certainly not what I would expect from this brand having stayed at others around the world. Would not recommend.

The staff was all very friendly, especially Betty, who cleaned our room, and also the wait staff, mainly Happyness, Granny, William, and Lizwe. The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious too. We were also pleasantly surprised that it was quiet there, despite the close proximity to the airport. We appreciated having the airport shuttle too.

we booked last minute as we had missed a flight and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms we fine, clean and comfortable, the hotel is a little dated but was good value. The evening meal was again, good value and the staff excellent. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport and the barista came and offered a free coffee as we were waiting....top class

The lady at check-in acted put out to check us in and answer our few questions. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, and the staff person behind the counter this morning greeted us with a smile and was so friendly. Unlike the person last night. It was a nice hotel.

From we arrived the front desk reception evening staff 23rd july made us fell welcome. The gentlemen who worked with Monalisa upon our arived and the other gentlemen that worked with here during Saturday shift were outstanding. In fact the entire reception staff were great. Lets not forget the ladies at the dinning area including the lady who assist me with getting a local mtn food card without her assistance were dead in the water phone wise. The housekeeping shorter house keeping lady with plaits in her hair that worked our floor room #355 went beyound her responsibilty to ensure our room was in order. Mr Elias who assist us with getting around was outstanding. The shuttle driving who worked the evening shift upon our arrival at the airport on 23rd july 2025 and departure on the afternoon of 30th july was great, he did not leave in fact he came looking for us when we were late returning from the airport foriegn exchange. The entire staff at the resort made our 8000 mile trip there memoriable. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and without a doubt this was our best. Thanks everyone from Mr and Mrs. Knowles. Even the local Mcdonalds down the street were great.

Water for the bath tab was discolored. Gate gaurd - Would not let me leave as I did not have an exit pin - I do not have a local number hence the fact I could not recieve the pin - he then continued to argue with me were all he had to do was just scan the license plate and my driver's license again so I could leave this being that I just encountered him 20 minutes earlier to check in.

Good experience

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Check in was easy and fast. The room was comfortable. We didn’t pre pay for breakfast but it was not a problem we could purchase it every morning from the hotel directly. We had dinner also and it was very good.
