Great 1st visit with this new hotel

Loved the location

The hotel location is convenient as it is within walking distance of downtown Manchester. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping standards. For a hotel that is part of the Hilton chain, I expected much better attention to detail. After being out all day, we returned to find that the beds had not been properly made, the bathroom sink was still dirty, and there were no fresh towels or soap replenished. When I went downstairs to speak with the staff, I was told that the hotel offers a “light cleaning style” because supposedly guests prefer it. This was honestly the first time I had ever heard of a hotel using that explanation for incomplete housekeeping. Overall, while the location and hotel itself were enjoyable, the cleanliness and service did not meet the standards I expected.

The breakfast buffet was excellent

Beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and a cozy bar downstairs that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was excellent and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the waterfront, and the area’s beautiful historic homes. The breakfast was also outstanding and honestly better than many restaurants we visited during our trip. Would definitely stay here again!
