Room was great..clean, just enough room for what we needed (2 kids, 2 adults. Dance competition so we had alot of things). Lobby was warm with a fireplace and spacious when we arrived. The free cookies the kids loved. Staff was super helpful and kind! Gave recommendations for kid friendly dining options wirhin quick walking distance since it was below zero outside. Pool was perfect for the kids. We will be back!! But in warmer weather! Didnt love the cost of valet per day as really the only parking option, but understood it as it is a downtown hotel. Overall pleased with our stay!
