No complaints

This whole place is not good and safe feeling. You don't check in at the lobby. The check in was in a random hallway, the door was locked some random person let us in. The area that used to be for the soda and ice machines was turned into the check in desk. No computer, no bell, nothing but mold growing on the wall. My wife and did not stay at this hotel. We left and went some place else. Now I'm fighting to get my money back.

The room and bed were comfortable. The hallways and lobby are a bit outdated and could definitely use new carpet.

I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head.

Terrible. I stayed in the Presidential Suite, not only was I awoken all through the night because the walls are paper thin. The neighbors continued to hit the wall right at my bed causing me to wake up multiple times, including waking up my daughter. Then, in the morning I go to shower and the bathroom is freezing, because there is no way to heat it only the room and 1 thermostat. Sadly I took the complaints to Management but they refused to speak to myself or Expedia. Despicable
