Good, Itchy Skin though

Room was great, very spacious for a single king bed and had a living room too. Issue was the soap and I am assuming the sheets had something on them that really irritated my skin which is not the normal for me. Aside from that, really good stay.

I know the property is under renovation but our room was to have been completed. Yes new vanity and shower very comfortable beds but doors and furniture dirty. The toilet seat was loose and the filters and grills totally plugged. We have stayed here several times such a shame

A nice quiet, clean, modern affordable spot to stay for a few days in Evansville. Near YMCA, highway, and several nice restaurants.

Elevator and third floor reeked of marijuana my first night there. Asked the front desk for a maintenance person to service the AC, but no one ever fixed it. Any chocolate left out in the room melted out of the packaging.

There as a room that had furniture, boxes wires hanging from the ceiling. It smelled like chemicals. The door was left open the whole time weve stayed there before and had no issues. This stay wasn't the best
