Do not book this hotel Go somewhere else. This property is a wreck. Old, dated, falling apart, and in serious need of investment. The elevator was in a serious state of disrepair and did not go to the third floor where our room was. When we arrived at the room, it was dirty and not made up from the previous guests. That was enough for us. We returned to front desk to obtain and refund (which took 15 minutes) and thankfully left for better accommodations.

Well the management was horrible, yelling at people, walking away, and not addressing the situation. Always wanting to say if you dont like it you can leave when you are bring your concerns to his attention.

Check in, the room staff and amenities. The hotel is not for the older or disabled. It has access that is great if you have a wheelchair but if you have physical limitations you are going to struggle. The rooms are far from the desk and elevator placement is not optimal. The room was hard to open and smelled like mildew. It was not changed as we already had to switch for accessibility purposes. And or keys kept mot working. And to access the front desk was at least a 3 city block walk. Which is also where the entire hotel’s shared microwave was located. I would not stay again as i was traveling with my elderly mother and sister with physical limitations.

Clean and beautiful hotel but the bathroom was very janky. We weren't given any bathroom supplies (soap, shampoo) but they did have some random items when we went to the front desk to ask. Also the curtains would not stay closed without a safety pin. Kind and friendly staff, though

It took quite a while to check in. Even though I was the only one there. The photos of the place are amazing but many of the areas needed an upgrade or refresh. Some Stuff was pretty tired. The clerk told me breakfast was not included which I wasn’t aware of until check in.

The TV didn’t work, the bathroom countertop had hair on it, the toilet was extremely low to the ground and my room keys had to be reactivated every single day I was there. I had to be in town for work and it was too late to find another hotel and staff all my stuff back and forth from place to place.
