There was water leaks everywhere through out the hotel. The refrigerator did not work in the room was in defrost mode and the window had water coming in it when rain hit directly. Outside our window there was a syringe and a condom laying on the ground.

This property could definitely use some serious upgrades for it to be a Radisson . I actually saw someone fall down because the steps outside gave away on them . My room carpet was soaking wet by the bathroom entrance glad I didn't pay much per night there

Oh, never again

I have stayed at worse but this place was pretty bad. The toilet was filthy—looked as though the ceiling had leaked dirty rusty water and soot. It was raining—the building had leaks everywhere and evidence of old leaks with bubbles wallpaper and drywall. Outside my friend’s window was a used condom and a hypodermic needle. We won’t be staying again.

We enjoyed our stay for the time we were there. The pool was wonderful. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath tub was peeling and chipping so bad there was no way of trying to take a bath. I was pretty upset after figuring out there was no sort of vending machine on the entire property, so you either bought their food or did without if you didn't want to leave. The ice machines did not work either. Breakfast was sub par and also cost us an additional $14 a person. So for as cheap as the room was they got their money out of you in other ways for sure. Next time I'll pay the extra $20 a night someplace else for a little more convenience.

They overcharged me $100 when i checked in for the deposit , was 1 washcloth in room for 2 pple staying 2 days. Had to talk to multiple pple to get 2 more , water stood in sink and shower when used and had to wait awhile to go down.. only thing good was the view in the back of the lake . Go somewhere else !! Not worth it !!!

Wasnt worth the money for sure. The dining was awful, so we didnt stay after getting our drinks the cups where gross the workers were nasty and unperfessional. The sheets had burn places on them and for it to he a smoke free place our room smelled horrible of smoke. We were there for baseball tournament and had drove 2hrs to stay there and were not satisfied at all. Trash cans stayed full around the place stuff in floors and all not cleaned.

Beautiful settg, outdated rooms, hot water! But definitely need of updates. The bathroom was awful. Asked for clean towels at front desk. Never got them. Stayed 3 days 2 nights. Room service only every 3rd day.
