Chai and Kimberly up at the front are great people and treat you with the outmost respect and kindness. They are really helpful and quick to process your request. Been staying a couple nights and have not had a single issue. Super recommended.

My husband and I were traveling with our three children and the two rooms they gave us were on separate floors. The key to one room didn't work, the second room didn't exist. Hotel is incredibly hot and muggy because of the open indoor pool. Layout of hotel is horrible and elevators are old and rickety. Refused to give us a refund when we canceled since we couldn't get the rooms we originally requested. Desk clerk was on a personal call on the speaker while we were trying to check in and would frequently stop helping us to talk to whoever was on his phone.

Comfy and cost effective

The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I loved the sitting area overlooking the river outside from the pool. It was quiet and peaceful sitting out there at night.

Indoor pool closes when storms

I called ahead 3 hours to make sure the pool was open. A stoem came through and the INDOOR pool was closed early; the storms had passed but the pool would not be reopened. Glass walkout door to the lake. Pretty but traveling alone with young kids i would have preferred to know in advance. NO BREAKFAST! 730 am restraunt and gift shop/bakery were both closed. New worker at the front desk said their was a continental breakfast but he was wrong.

Smelly and old

it was deceiving. The hotel smelled like pee all throughout the hallways. You need new carpet through out. We did not stay here.

The photo's shown of the property are misleading. My family and I left a day and a half into my 4 day trip to stay elsewhere. The rooms mini fridge didn't work, the phone was missing buttons, our room had black mold, the carpet looked as if it were there for 10+ years without being clean. I will not recommend that location to anyone in need of lodging and will exhaust every option possible before booking a stay at another Radisson hotel

I liked that everything was clean and staff friendly, but parking in conjunction with the room was a bit of a walk. also wish we had "free" breakfast. the price that you all gave me was $66.57 per room, plus tax and the price on the hotel receipt was $55.09, was wondering what the difference was?

It’s a real big hotel so clean and comfortable, they have restaurant and bar which is good, u can celebrate your birthday there as well, two pools and it’s also near the lake.
