Nice and quiet, clean and lovely breakfast

My cousin and I stayed here for two nights. We loved the location (right next to a tram station) and it was very central in terms of walking to the main shopping area, the cathedral and to the river/museum. We felt safe. Room was comfortable and clean. There was a bit of a musky smell though. We also didn't have any shampoo in the room and had to ask for some, but other than that, the room was great. We'd definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to other. Staff was also very professional and friendly.

The hotel was perfect for our three night stay in Cologne. Central location so easy walking distance to everything that Cologne has to offer. It was very quiet and the staff were polite and friendly.

Nice room. Some staff ok. Some rude. Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. We booked a cot which we didnt get. When i spoke with reception they told me they were having trouble with the housekeeping

Check-in was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and informative about events in the area. Our room was appropriately prepared and clean. I would stay here again...and since I got to Cologne frequently, just may.
